Capacitor uses for store the electricity. You can make a capacitor by inserting core to middle of two conductors. To these conductors connected battery or power packs positive and negative pole, capacitor gets charged.
There is much kind of Capacitors, Ceramic capacitors, Aluminum electrolytic capacitors, Film capacitors and Paper capacitors, Tantalum electrolytic capacitors, Super capacitors (Double-layer capacitors, silver mica, and vacuum capacitors. There is high capacity in electrolytic capacitors, lowest in vacum capacitors. Vacum capacitors are use in radios.

Value of capacitor calculated by farad but farad is a high value because of that fared shown by uf or pf.
In most capacitors values printed on it, electronic capacitors printed in uf directly but ceramic capacitors values are coded.
Ex: - 104,223
First two numbers are values first and second numbers, third number is how many times multiplication by 10
For example let’s get 104, its first number is 1, Second is 0, third is 4 then its value is

There is another thing printed in capacitors. It is working voltage of capacitor. It is the voltage that capacitor can store
If it connected to high voltage than its printed voltage it will destroy.
Capacitors have a special feature it block dc current and it didn’t block Ac current.
